Senior Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team.

As a crucial member of the team, you will contribute to building high-quality Android applications while ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver Android applications
• Drive software design decisions to meet both functional and technical requirements
• Build and maintain scalable, reusable components using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• Develop and integrate REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication across systems
• Ensure high code quality through thorough unit testing and peer code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to improve application performance and functionality
• Stay updated with the latest Android development practices and tools to enhance product quality
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Kotlin for Android, including proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines and Jetpack Compose
• Strong expertise in integrating and utilizing REST APIs for Android applications
• Background in software testing with experience in writing and maintaining unit tests
• Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with additional Ukrainian language skills

Nice to have

• Background in digital banking solutions or applications
• Familiarity with [dot]NET and Angular technologies
