Your mission

We’re looking for a Computer Vision / Machine Learning Engineer to join our R&D team and work on advanced perception systems for tactical UAV platforms. You’ll be developing, optimizing, and deploying neural network models for detection, tracking, and classification — ensuring they run efficiently on embedded hardware and remain robust in challenging real-world environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing models for tracking, detection, and classification.
• Develop algorithms based on research papers.
• Train and fine-tune neural networks, including data preparation and augmentation.
• Optimize models for target hardware: quantization, TensorRT, deployment on Jetson.
• Adapt inference to embedded platform constraints (resources, latency).
• Plan and coordinate experimental model testing.
• Conduct research to select the most effective solutions in challenging conditions.
  
  

Qualifications

• CV/ML in Python: hands-on experience with detection, tracking, and classification tasks.
• Experience with TensorRT, ONNX, and quantization.
• Deploying models on Jetson or similar embedded platforms.
• Ability to bring a model to production on actual hardware.
• Experience working with unconventional sensor data or images with quality/format limitations.
• Research-driven problem-solving: from analyzing the entire system to testing hypotheses and validating solutions in the field.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
• Experience with C++ for basic integration or pipeline configuration, including in ROS2.
