Full Stack Developer (React & Python)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who loves solving problems, creating clean and thoughtful user interfaces, and building reliable backends that can scale.

You’ll join a small, collaborative team where ideas move quickly from discussion to real-world impact.

Expect to work closely with engineers and analysts, learning from each other while delivering tools people rely on every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and improving web apps with React, Python and APIs (REST/GraphQL)
• Creating responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React and TypeScript
• Developing backend services with frameworks like Django or FastAPI
• Working with PostgreSQL to design schemas, manage queries and migrations
• Helping keep our apps fast, accessible, and easy to maintain
• Collaborating closely with teammates and end-users to shape features
• Contributing to CI/CD, testing, and documentation so things run smoothly

What we’re looking for

• Experience building modern web applications with React and Python
• A good eye for design and usability, with a focus on clear, simple interfaces
• Comfort working with SQL databases and connecting frontends to APIs
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new tools and approaches
• Pride in writing clean, maintainable code

Bonus points if you’ve worked with

• TypeScript, TailwindCSS or data visualisation libraries
• Docker, CI/CD workflows or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Real-time systems (WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana or Sentry
• Open-source projects or have a GitHub portfolio to share
