Working for a company that is building a healthtech modelling agent from the ground up to assist with regulatory compliance.

They have identified a gap in the market where the tech tools to build models help with compliance are slow and outdated. Instead, they have created an AI-native platform that empowers people to make better decisions quicker.

They are investor backed and already running with global clients. They now need a founding Typescript engineer to help shape their product, architecture, and engineering culture

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale infrastructure, frontend, and production systems
• Optimize AI answer quality and user experience
• Own major parts of the product and technical roadmap
• Contribute to key engineering decisions and long-term architecture
• Grow into a leadership role as the team expands

Must haves

• Top-decile engineering talent with strong problem-solving skills
• High agency and determination
• Experience building and shipping production systems
• Background in LLMs, competitive programming, or experience with TypeScript, React, and AI infrastructure
