• Working in predominantly agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product & project management execution.
• Delivery of complex products to internal and external clients, within the Cleared Derivatives industry (ETD & cleared OTC).
• Defining, setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results).
• Team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong active listening and verbal and written communication skills to build networks and partnerships with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, tenacity and strong sense of accountability.
