Product Manager

We are looking for a Software Product Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or other related degrees; or equivalent combination of education and experience,
• Have 1-2 years of experience as a product manager with a consumer facing product
• Self-directed and motivated,
• Willingness to learn,
• High curious about digital products,
• Analytical, creative, can start from scratch,
• Experience with customer behavior analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar etc.
• Experience in Back Office and Admin Application or willingness to learn these tools is a big plus.
• Excellent command of English,
• Familiar with work management tools, preferably Jira.
• E-commerce or listing business knowledge highly prefered

Responsibilities:

• Support product team to set product roadmap,
• Continuously analyze user feedback & product usage metrics to identify missing features and important pain points,
• Understand how and why users use a feature and define improvement points,
• Communicate with internal, external parties in the scope of on going projects,
• Working with UX/UI to design an amazing customer experience
• Being the advocator of your product, your customers, and the users within the company by ensuring that the right priorities are being worked on across the business and customer interests are appropriately represented
• Clarify requirements to the both business analysts and engineering team,
• Manage product backlog and make prioritization based on current goals,
• Do research all aspects of a specific topic: users, data&statistics, competitors, best-practices and industry standards.
