About The Role

As an AI Engineer, you will research, design, and deploy AI solutions, collaborating with teams to implement scalable Machine Learning Models and algorithms for the Business.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement state-of-the-art AI solutions, ensuring the integration and scalability of our platforms. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of AI technologies, while contributing to the continuous development of the Business.

Main responsibilities

Producing rapid prototyping and development of new ideas.

Collaborating with Business stakeholders, software teams, and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.

Implementing cutting edge techniques and methodologies to improve platform performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Conducting research and staying up to date with the latest advancements, whilst ensuring our thinking is at the forefront of innovation.

Working on and solving complex problems.

The skills and experience to help you perform in the role

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a related field.

Experience in designing and implementing Machine Learning Models and algorithms.

Strong understanding of statistical modelling, data structures, and algorithms.

Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Experience with data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Curiosity and desire to learn, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest AI and Machine Learning technologies.
