Key Responsibilities:
🎯 ServiceNow Project Leadership
- Lead complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and emerging modules
- Manage complex projects for enterprise clients in Europe and US markets
- Drive project delivery from discovery through go-live and hypercare phases
📊 Agile Delivery Management
- Utilize JIRA for comprehensive project tracking, sprint management, and delivery governance
- Implement agile methodologies tailored to ServiceNow deployment cycles
- Create executive dashboards and maintain transparent project visibility
🌍 Cross-Border Client Management
- Manage stakeholder relationships across different time zones (Europe/US)
- Coordinate with distributed teams and offshore development resources
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and communication excellence across regions
Essential Requirements:
✅ ServiceNow Expertise
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementation projects
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade projects and platform migrations
- Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and governance frameworks
✅ Project Management Excellence
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required
- Advanced JIRA proficiency for enterprise-scale project management
- Experience managing international, distributed project teams
✅ Client-Facing Skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management at C-level
- Experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong commercial awareness and client relationship management
- Ability to manage complex vendor and partner ecosystems
