Software Engineer (.Net Core)

As a Software Engineer specializing in .NET Core, you'll be a key contributor to our backend engineering team, responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable services that power our client´s platform. You'll work closely with product managers and other engineers to build robust backend solutions that ensure our products operate efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new backend services and features using .NET Core
• Write clean, effective, and testable code with comprehensive unit testing coverage
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from code writing to deployment and monitoring
• Design solutions to complex problems with support from the peers
• Participate in code reviews, providing actionable feedback to peers
• Contribute to system-level design discussions and API architecture decisions
• Monitor and maintain AWS services independently for the AutoSync platform
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability of our backend services
• Integrate security best practices into feature planning and implementation
• Share knowledge through pair programming, internal talks, and documentation
• Apply AI tools for code optimization, debugging, and performance monitoring
• Evaluate AI-generated solutions and refine them to meet our specific needs
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET Core and its ecosystem
• Good understanding of backend architecture and API design principles
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of database design and data modeling
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Experience using AI-powered development tools in coding workflows
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills to effectively document and explain technical decisions
• Ability to manage expectations and communicate challenges proactively

• Experience with Vue.js and TypeScript (for occasional frontend work)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
• Understanding of performance optimization techniques for backend services
