👥 Your role in the team

• Operation, maintenance, and optimization of highly available Linux servers.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of servers and web applications in case of errors.
• Receipt, analysis, and resolution of incident reports via email or telephone (1st/2nd/3rd Level IT Support).
• Maintenance and expansion of system documentation and FAQs.
• Supporting programming for automation (Ansible, Bash).
• On-site work at our data center locations in Vienna.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge in shell-based administration of Linux servers on common distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS).
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Solid knowledge in the areas of: network technology, firewall, internet & hosting, virtualization, Ceph, and clustering.
• Driver's license Class B.
• Teamwork, ambition, a desire to make a difference, also nerdy if you like.

Education

• Completed IT education (e.g., IT degree, HTL, or IT apprenticeship).
