Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. That is why we have to adapt accordingly, and the process may differ slightly at times. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in product management, stakeholder coordination, and agile project delivery within an international and innovative environment.

Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between the business and technical teams to ensure that digital solutions deliver real value.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
- Define and manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on business impact and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with development teams during sprints to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with the product vision.
- Assist in the definition of the product roadmap and contribute to strategic planning discussions.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user expectations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- You hold a master’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- A strong interest in digital product development, business analysis, or project management.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) – this is mandatory.
- Eager to work in an international, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Willing to relocate to Brussels for the duration of the VIE assignment.
