Release Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Release Manager / Project Manager to join a major core banking replacement program. This is a strategic initiative where your experience and leadership could make a significant impact.

We are seeking someone with 10 to 15 years of experience, ideally with a strong background in release coordination within complex IT and business environments. The role involves:

• Coordinating business and IT resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Removing impediments and facilitating smooth collaboration across teams
• Tracking and resolving issues effectively
• Reporting to program management and aligning with governance standards
• Supporting team members to ensure progress and unblock challenges
• Defining and following up on epic plans
• Organizing sprint planning and reviews
• Acting as a key liaison between the team and senior management

Key competencies required:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage diverse skill sets
• Structured and direct approach to delivery
• PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus

Contract until EOY with extensions possible
Brussels (not center)
50% remote policy
