A prestigious global consultancy located in Brussels are seeking a Solution Analyst for a significant engagement with a major Insurance client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Critically evaluate and prioritize requirements, translating them into user stories.
• Perform functional and technical analysis, creating detailed documentation.
• Take final responsibility for the quality of the analysis and design phases, ensuring the system integrates with existing IT landscapes.
• Act as a key actor on projects alongside the Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Test Coordinator.
• Deliver workload estimates for analysis, testing, and other project phases.
• Support project management and planning, participating in all project phases as needed.
• Adjust system parameters/configurations (e.g., for tarifications).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in a similar functional and technical role
• 3+ years of experience in Non-Life / Claims products
• Experience with Mainframe / CICS environments, Enterprise Architect, and Jira
• Good transversal insurance knowledge beyond Non-Life domains
• Experience working with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
• Very strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Proactive, flexible, and assertive with a fast-thinking mindset and an ability to work accurately and under pressure
• Languages: Dutch (fluent), French (good knowledge), English (good knowledge)
