Your Responsibilities

  • Development of customized energy solutions to decarbonize production sites of large industrial customers usually based on a BOO (Build, Own & Operate) model
  • Optimizing project development, realization, operation and maintenance as an integrated business model including discounted cash-flow modelling and risk management
  • Project acquisition, conceptual design, preparation of a technical & commercial proposal, contract negotiations until final investment decision including signature
  • Optimization/modification of existing assets by implementing new technologies and negotiation of the agreements with the customer
  • Identifications of new opportunities and building strong relationships with new and existing customers in the Benelux


Your Qualifications

  • Academic degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, energy economics or economics with technical focus
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development and management, ideally in on-site energy solutions within an international environment; experience in project implementation or plant operation/maintenance is a plus
  • Strong ability to optimize solutions by integrating technical, commercial, and legal aspects
  • Team-oriented and independent working style, proactive mindset, high commitment to excellence, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Business fluent in English and Dutch; both junior and senior profiles are welcome
