As a System and Network Engineer, you will be the all-rounder in the infrastructure team (8 internal members + 3 in-house developers), involved in both projects and operational support.

You will work on:

• Windows infrastructure (Windows Server 2012/2022, Active Directory, M365, Entra ID, Azure).

• Virtualization: Nutanix or VMware.

• Network & Security: Cisco, HP Aruba, Fortinet or Palo Alto.

• Firewalls: configuration, rules, and security management.

• Backup: Rubrik.

• Modern Workplace: Microsoft Intune, Sentinel.

• Networking: LAN/WAN across 12 buildings, 2 data centers, and 15+ sites.

You will:

• Proactively suggest improvements for system quality, security, and productivity.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents quickly.

• Spot automation opportunities and implement them.

• Ensure operational stability and security across all IT domains.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.

• 10years + of experiences

• Strong expertise in Network

• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, AD, networking (switches, routers, WAN, firewalls).

• Experience managing projects in an Agile environment.

• Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented, efficient, and customer-focused.

• Flexible and stress-resistant - able to balance urgent interventions, ad-hoc tasks, and intensive projects.
