WE ARE LOOKING FOR ANDROID PLATFORM ENGINEER (AUTOMOTIVE)

We are looking for an Android Platform Engineer to join our team. Your work will involve close interaction with hardware and software, requiring a strong understanding of Android's internal architecture and low-level programming. You will collaborate with other engineers to deliver high-performance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, testing and debugging of low-level Android components.
  • Customize and optimize the Android operating system for specific hardware platforms.
  • Work with device drivers, Board Support Packages (BSPs) and the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL).
  • Collaborate on system-level design and architecture.
  • Contribute to the Android build system and related tools.
  • Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks and stability issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Android operating system architecture.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Java/Kotlin programming languages.
  • Experience with low-level Android development, including HALs, drivers and BSPs.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems and hardware interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, USB).
  • Knowledge of operating system concepts, such as memory management, process scheduling and inter-process communication.
  • Experience with debugging tools and techniques for Android.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
