Senior Product Analyst

Pactum is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Senior Product Analyst to join our team. This position is responsible for enabling data-driven mindset and decision making within the Product domain through analytics expertise and development of impactful data products.

We are looking for someone who will:

• Establish and implement core metrics and KPI framework for the Product domain.
• Partner with Product Managers to define and deploy user engagement metrics, conversion funnels, and product health indicators for new features.
• Design and deploy success tracking frameworks for major development efforts before development starts, ensuring the impact can be clearly communicated.
• Create automated alerting systems for critical product metrics.
• Build executive-level dashboards showing Product performance against business objectives, with a strong focus on ROI and value.
• Design and launch data products and analytical dashboards that drive strategic product decisions.
• Develop a self-service analytics toolset for product teams to analyze feature performance and validate ideas quickly before full-scale development.
• Create user behaviour analysis dashboards to uncover what’s actually happening and identify optimization opportunities.
• Establish a framework for A/B testing and reporting that translates raw data into actionable stories about user behaviour and value.
  
  

You are likely to succeed if you…

• Have experience as an analyst in a fast paced organization.
• Have built up or supported analytics across complex business domains.
• Have a strong analytical and strategic thinking and ability to proactively translate business questions into analytical problems and uncover what’s actually happening through data.
• Have the ability to assess the potential of available datasets and the statistical significance of the analysis results to build a clear narrative.
• Are proficient in data analysis tools and visualization platforms (SQL, Python/R, Looker, etc.).
• Have experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and other experimental frameworks to help validate ideas quickly.
• Can scope analytical projects to deliver actionable insights that tell a compelling story.
• Understand data modeling, pipeline development, and data governance principles.
• Have strong communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Have a proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams to define what's needed.
• Have a strong ownership and accountability for results, with a focus on communicating the true cost and value of our work
• Can mentor and upskill others in data literacy and analytical thinking, acting as a strategic partner to the product team.
