Job Description

Are you passionate about creating both graphic and motion designs that resonate with audiences on social media? We’re looking for someone who enjoys crafting visually engaging content across digital platforms and loves bringing ideas to life for a variety of industries and brands.

What you will do:

  • Design visually compelling graphics and animations for digital campaigns, primarily for social media across various industries and brands
  • Coordinate creative feedback with clients, refining designs based on their input
  • Participate in or help execute content shoots (static or video) for ongoing social media content of different brands
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging and design
  • Support social media managers by assisting with the uploading and publishing of visual assets across platforms
  • Stay updated with design trends and incorporate them into your work to keep our visuals fresh and relevant


Requirements

What we expect:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic/motion design
  • Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
  • Strong sense of creativity and an eye for detail
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and a passion for social media
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Strong prioritization skills
  • Fluent in English, ideally also in German
  • Previous work experience in agencies is a plus
  • Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and/or client meetings
  • For this position, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of €31,300 (Junior level) and €39,200 (Intermediate level) with the potential for higher compensation based on experience and qualifications Contact Victoria Vargas-Grimm
