About the Role

As an HR Generalist, with main focus on APAC and EMEA regions, you will play a critical role within the People function, with a strong focus on HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, and related HR processes. You will collaborate closely with HR Generalists (HRGs), People Services, Benefits, and Payroll teams to manage daily tasks, support process improvements, and help deliver seamless HR services across the business. You will also contribute to building standardized global processes and knowledge assets that empower employee self-service, improve efficiency, and ensure a smooth employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily HR support through ServiceNow, addressing inquiries and guiding employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, contracts, and system updates.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment verifications, visa letters, and references.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support data reporting and process improvements.
  • Track and improve HR service delivery using ServiceNow; help standardize templates and workflows.
  • Create and update SOPs and process maps; coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to boost HR efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support audit readiness and work independently with strong HR knowledge.
  • Promote positive employee relations and a culture of trust and transparency.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs to implement initiatives and use data insights to drive improvements.
  • Contribute to special projects within the People Services team.



Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment laws in both EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HRIS systems, and implementing process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate people-related challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in using HR technology to streamline and automate processes.
  • Passion for providing excellent employee service and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
