Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager – Payment Flows to join Capitole supporting one of our banking clients in Luxembourg. If you are experienced in SWIFT, payments, AML/Compliance, and Agile project management, this role is perfect for you!

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• As part of the Bank Payment Division within the Digitalisation Informatique (DGI) department, you will:
• Lead and coordinate projects related to payment flows and SWIFT processes.
• Support AML and Compliance initiatives within project scope.
• Manage project activities using Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps (backlog and test cases).
• Apply Agile methodology to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Adapt quickly to new topics and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SWIFT and payment processes.
• Understanding of AML and Compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.
• Experienced with Agile methodology.
• Flexible, autonomous, and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Fluent in French and English; Luxembourgish is a plus.
