Fullstack/Frontend Developer .

What are you going to do?

As a Fullstack Developer at Nedap Healthcare, you’ll work on generic tools and services that support care professionals in delivering better care. You’ll develop technology that enables our Healthcare colleagues to build scalable and efficient solutions for healthcare organisations throughout the Netherlands. Within the Unify Workflow & Navigation teams, you create configurable pages, workflows, and navigation structures used by dozens of applications in the Ons® Suite.

You’ll work with modern technologies like Web Components, LIT, Typescript, Vue 3, Vite, and Kotlin. You’ll have a lot of autonomy to make architectural and technical choices that impact our product development across the board.

• Platform development: You contribute to a configurable platform for dynamic workflows and navigation within the Ons® Suite;
• Internal collaboration: You work closely with internal teams to make generic tooling usable and valuable;
• Technical decision-making: You help define frontend and backend standards and best practices;
• Lowering technical barriers: You make new technologies accessible and lower the threshold for adoption;
• Safeguarding quality: You ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
  
  

Your team

As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll join the Generics Tribe – a multidisciplinary team within Nedap Healthcare. Together with specialists from various backgrounds, you build generic solutions used by over 200 Nedap colleagues on a daily basis. There’s plenty of space for dialogue, initiative, and personal growth. We work hybrid, with an average of two office days per week in Groenlo, often ending the week with drinks or lunch together.

Required experience and skills

As a Fullstack Developer, you have a curious mindset and are eager to build generic technologies that benefit the entire organisation. You enjoy working with others to push boundaries while keeping things accessible and practical.

You’ll recognise yourself in the following:

• Frontend expertise: You have extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Vue 3;
• Web standards: You understand how browsers work, know the DOM inside-out, and care about accessibility;
• Backend experience: You’re proficient in Kotlin or a similar JVM language and have worked with Spring and Hibernate;
• Tooling & CI/CD: You’re familiar with Vite, Storybook, CDNs or CI/CD setup and configuration;
• Collaboration: You’re a communicative team player who enjoys working in an agile Scrum team.
