Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
As HR BSC - International Mobility Analyst (m/f), you will process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Work closely with the International Mobility Team to support key workflows of an international move. This roles report to the Manager Total Rewards Support Services (m/f).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for the end-to-end processes of international employee mobility, including contractual part, immigration, relocation, and tax assistance
- Operate within a diverse, multicultural setting, collaborating with colleagues, clients, and providers
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Request payments as needed
- Be the first level of support in case of questions related to international moves
- Escalate complex issues and requests to the CoE, and work together to define an action plan
- Perform relevant data updates, reviews and validation of employee data against supporting documents & contact with the employee to ensure high quality of data maintained in all HR systems.
- Comply with data integrity, security, quality and privacy policies and applicable regulations by participating in data review exercises on a regular basis
- Perform regular updates and enhancements to job aids, standard operating procedures, FAQs, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in resolving employee enquiries and issues
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service center environment, preferably in a HR services environment
- Experience and involvement in HR related projects
- Prior experience in International Mobility preferable
- Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken
- Analytic thinking and pragmatic approach to deal with requests
- Knowledge in usage of HR systems to perform the relevant data management and reporting activities. Familiarity with Workday is preferred
- High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the employee data
