We are collaborating with a global e-commerce company that's revolutionizing the way people shop online. With a strong presence across multiple countries, they offer a fast-paced work environment where every team member plays a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences. They're looking to expand their Ghent office currently with multiple talented developers.
As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications that serve a global customer base. You'll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to ensure that their e-commerce platform is reliable and user-friendly.

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications that serve a global customer base. You'll work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to ensure that their e-commerce platform is reliable and user-friendly.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize interactive, user-friendly web interfaces using Vue.js.
- Design and implement server-side logic and APIs using Laravel and PHP.
- Work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, and other developers to build feature-rich applications.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability of the platform.
- Strong experience in JavaScript with expertise in Vue.js or similar front-end frameworks.
- Proficient in PHP, with significant experience using the Laravel framework.
- Bachelor's or higher in an IT-related field.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication within the team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Chance to progress rapidly into a Tech Lead of a global company.
- Ability to broaden your technical knowlegde long-term with some projects operating with Next.js, React, Python and Rust.
- Up to €6,000 gross for now with the potential to increase on this.
