About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our Switzerland team. You will play a key role in building, automating, and optimizing our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support scalable, reliable, and secure software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and scaling using modern DevOps tools.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and security across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Maintain and improve configuration management and infrastructure as code practices.
- Contribute to disaster recovery, backup, and incident response processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
