We’re looking for a hands-on and business-minded Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join a dynamic and high-impact team working on real-world machine learning solutions from recommender systems to Generative AI with measurable business ROI.

🎯 Your Mission

As part of a team of engineers, you will be in charge of designing, developing and deploying machine learning algorithms into production, while measuring their value and presenting results to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying ML models (recommender systems, classifiers, Generative AI)
• Measuring the ROI of models in production and building business case presentations
• Building CI/CD pipelines and working closely with Data Engineers
• Deploying ML solutions in Vertex AI (GCP)
• Managing project milestones and presenting progress and outcomes to leadership

Your Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Data science and Machine learning
• Expert in Python and SQL
• Solid experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Airflow, Terraform
• Strong business acumen: ability to turn data into business decisions
• Comfortable presenting results to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI preferred
• Experience with Generative AI in production settings is a big plus
• Proficiency in English mandatory (C1 minimum)

Your Background

• Master's degree (or higher) in Software Engineering or equivalent
• PhD is a plus but not mandatory
