Deine Aufgaben

• Unterstützung in der gesamten Personaladministration (Ein- und Austritte, Verträge, Mutationen etc.)
• Pflege der Personaldossiers und Stammdaten
• Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Betreuung von Bewerbenden
• Mitarbeit in der Lohnvorbereitung und Sozialversicherungsadministration
• Ansprechpartner/in für Mitarbeitende bei administrativen HR-Anliegen
• Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten und internen Prozessen

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Weiterbildung als HR-Assistent/in (zwingend)
• Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Software
• Diskrete, zuverlässige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your Responsibilities

• Support in all HR administration tasks (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, data changes, etc.)
• Maintain employee records and master data
• Organize interviews and support applicants throughout the process
• Assist with payroll preparation and social insurance administration
• Act as the point of contact for employees on HR administration matters
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent)
• HR Assistant certification (mandatory)
• Initial HR experience is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Discreet, reliable, and communicative personality
• Excellent German skills (spoken & written)
