Responsible for reducing and managing Technology Risk in-line with Julius Baer’s defined risk appetite while creating a robust control environment.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Define, implement and maintain the IT Risk Management strategy of BJB IT
• Consult the RTO and the IT MC on all IT Risk related matters
• Create a robust Control Framework
• Conduct/participate in all relevant IT Risk related boards
• Ensure quality of the IT risk register and proper reporting to all relevant parties
• Support & assist risk owners to develop risk mitigation strategies for operational Risk Items
• Act as an interface to IT for internal and external auditors as GIA and KPMG
• Interface with CRO and Information Security
• Ensure consistent IT Risk Reporting across functions and organizations
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• High attention of quality management, operational resilience IT Security
• Independent, efficient, proactive and meticulous ways of working
• Good leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding and experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Able to thoroughly manage conceptual work (e.g. managing the IT Risk Management & Control Framework) to operative risk management services (e.g. supporting stakeholders in prioritization of risks) and reporting to different stakeholders such as the IT Risk Management Committee (IT RMC) and the Security Committee (SECO).
• A broad IT knowledge with deep experience in selected areas is key for IT Risk Managers to collaborate at eye level with a broad number of stakeholders
• Relevant higher educational and/or professional background
