Commission-Only Candidate Technical Sourcer

We're looking for freelance sourcers to help us find strong candidates for open roles. You'll actively search for talent, make first contact, and pass their CV and salary expectations to us. From there, our internal team handles the client side and process - you just focus on sourcing.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Reach out, confirm interest, and gather salary expectations
• Submit CVs and details of interested candidates to us
• Keep track of candidates you've submitted for transparency
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
• Ability to find and engage candidates quickly
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Interest in tech, software, or blockchain roles is a bonus (but not required)
  
  

Benefits

• Commission only (no base)
• 5-8% commission on successful hires from candidates you sourced
• Example: A £100K hire = £5,000-£8,000 commission
