Key Requirements:

• Have a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.
• Treat clean code and best practices as non-negotiables.
• Are comfortable with unit testing, integration testing, and automated pipelines.
• Strong experience with WPF (Mandatory)
• Proficient in .NET/Microsoft stack: ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI, Entity Framework, Windows Services
• Solid foundation in OOP, data structures, and algorithms
• Deep respect for SOLID, GRASP, DRY, KISS, and design patterns
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing
• Open to learning new tech and tackling varied, challenging problems
• Enjoy working in diverse teams and across different domains

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of UWP or cross-platform UI frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, or Azure
