The Excel channel in Financial Analytics is a strategic product designed to deliver advanced financial data and analytics directly within Microsoft Excel through a high-performance add-in. It serves a global user base of traders, analysts, and portfolio managers, enabling seamless access to real-time insights and decision-making tools.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced in product management (at least 3-5 years), ideally within financial technology
• Skilled in using Excel, including integration with APIs, or add-ins
• Comfortable working with REST APIs, Swagger, and Postman
• Technically literate, capable of collaborating with API and SDK teams and define clear requirements
• Familiar with financial instruments and concepts such as swaps, FX forwards, price/yield, volatility, options, and derivatives
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Unrivalled in effective communication and presentation in English
• A self-starter with an analytical mind and discovery skills
• Acquainted with financial analytics platforms such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv Workspace, or Yield Book (nice to have)
• Experienced in financial services or trading environments (desirable)
• Familiar with SDKs or custom data integrations into Microsoft Office tools (optional)
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Take end-to-end ownership of the Excel channel as the Product Manager
• Define and evolve the product vision in alignment with the client’s broader strategy
• Build, prioritize, and communicate the roadmap based on user needs, market feedback, and business objectives
• Manage a product backlog and write clear Jira tickets with requirements and acceptance criteria
• Run Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, stakeholders, and API/SDK teams
• Conduct interviews, analyze feedback, run usability tests, and validate hypotheses with real users
• Define detailed requirements especially related to Excel integration with APIs and SDKs, using tools like Postman and Swagger
• Present features to internal and external stakeholders and support adoption efforts
• Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and drive continuous improvements
