Project Manager – Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

📍 Davos, Switzerland | 🗓 Europe-Asia Economic Summit June 2026

Full-Time | Hybrid | Fixed-Term Contract

The Europe-Asia Economic Summit (EAES) is seeking a motivated and strategic Project Manager with a strong focus on partnerships and stakeholder engagement. This role combines project management with relationship-building—ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of execution, collaboration, and international networking.

As we prepare for the 2nd edition of EAES in Davos, you will play a key role in driving the success of the summit by coordinating projects, engaging with sponsors and partners, and supporting long-term value creation through meaningful collaboration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project planning and execution across summit activities—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with sponsors, partners, associations, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Act as the central liaison between EAES and external partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and responsiveness.
  • Support the development of partnership proposals and engagement strategies for high-level stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with communications teams on messaging, outreach, and content for web, email, and social media.
  • Represent EAES in external meetings and events, helping promote the mission and impact of the summit.
  • Track and report on partnership activities and project performance to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of summit initiatives.

🔹 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, international relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or event management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse, international stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Professional, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment.
