What You’ll Do

• Build, scale, and run production-grade backend systems using C# and .NET Core.
• Drive software quality through clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Take ownership across the full lifecycle: design, development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design robust distributed systems.
• Share expertise and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience with C# and .NET Core in production environments.
• Strong DevOps mindset with experience in CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience with distributed architectures and high-scale systems.
• Based in Stockholm (or open to hybrid work within the area).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, knowledge-sharing approach.

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS in production.
• Familiarity with MySQL, MSSQL, or Redis.
• Knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP) or real-time communication services.
• Additional languages such as C++, Python, or Kotlin.
