The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Engineer who’s ready to combine big-picture technical leadership with hands-on engineering. You’ll guide complex projects, mentor talented engineers, and design platforms that are built for scale, reliability, and performance. This is a leadership role, but still close to the code.

What’s Offered

• Salary up to €160,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Define architecture and technical strategy across core platform and AI/ML initiatives
• Lead and mentor engineering teams delivering scalable cloud-based systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership to push technical innovation forward

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in backend, platform, or cloud-focused engineering roles
• Leadership or senior technical ownership experience
• Strong Golang expertise, with proficiency in AWS (GCP/Azure also valuable)

Nice to Have

• Python or another modern backend language
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices
• Experience with ML/AI systems or distributed/event-driven architectures
