Our technology enables power systems owners to increase the capacity of their existing power systems while improving electrical stability at the same time. The result is more electrical power can reach consumers with minimal environmental impact after shorter project times and at lower investment costs.
In this role you will be part of the Human Resources team, and you will interact cross functionally in the organization. You will be working closely with different departments and units across the globe since many of the trainings are prepared on demand for them.

In this role you will be part of the Human Resources team, and you will interact cross functionally in the organization. You will be working closely with different departments and units across the globe since many of the trainings are prepared on demand for them.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support Grid & Power Quality Solutions and Service (GPQSS) Training Center conception and activities, focused on Power Quality Solutions.
- Being up to date with new possibilities within the field of training, usage of adequate supporting tools, having presentations and using suitable business models that are up to date.
- Understanding the organizational training needs and transforming that into training programs and strategy.
- Organizing and coordinating training programs for our employees.
- Preparing and designing training materials using tools such as Articulate Storyline and RISE, video editors and power point.
- You will also be responsible to effectively drive and communicate our training opportunities in the company.
- A degree from university in engineering or other relevant education.
- Proven experience within engineering, training or learning and development.
- The most important aspect to succeed in the role is to have the right attitude, good communication skills, negotiation and influencing abilities
- Experience with designing and preparing training material is beneficial.
- You are driven, well organized, communicative, have a passion for training and developing people and have a strategic mindset.
- You are able to influence managers and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- You either have an engineering background or are willing to delve into the technicalities of Grid & Power Quality solutions to be able to structure and enhance the trainings related to it.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written is a must.
- Experience with engineering technical trainings will be considered as added value.
