About our role

As a Conversational Designer, you will join a team focused on enhancing chatbot functionality and optimising digital customer journeys. You will contribute directly to a strategic platform migration and collaborate across teams to refine conversational flows and deliver a seamless, engaging user experience.
What you will be doing
- Develop a deep understanding of the new digital platform to effectively contribute to its optimisation.
- Lead the migration of customer journeys to the upgraded platform, ensuring user-friendly experiences.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to refine chatbot functionalities aligned with user needs.
- Design and optimise chatbot flows to deliver an efficient and engaging customer experience.
- Analyse needs, conduct impact assessments, and propose innovative solutions for improving chatbot functionality.
- Train the chatbot regularly to enhance its ability to understand customer language and intent.
- Leverage data insights to identify improvement areas and drive iterative enhancements.
- Support the implementation of new features and solutions that provide maximum value to customers and the business.
- Manage incidents related to chatbot operations, ensuring effective communication and debugging when required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for chatbot initiatives, sharing progress and insights with stakeholders.
What you bring
- Strong knowledge or affinity with AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies.
- Exceptional written communication skills for crafting clear and engaging conversations.
- A detail-oriented mindset, with an enjoyment of data analysis and user behavior insights.
- Familiarity with digital interfaces such as chatbots, websites, and mobile apps.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to structure and present complex information clearly.
- Experience with JavaScript, SQL, or Python is a plus.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Strong initiative and responsibility, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Language proficiency: Dutch preferred, with knowledge of French and English.
