Educates and trains professionals to reach optimal digital competence to support business performance.

Tasks

• Contribute to the implementation of the IT training and knowledge management strategy.

• Conduct training needs analyses and design training programs to meet needs.

• Produce and/or update existing training materials (content and method).

• Maintains knowledge bases.

• Proof read documentation and articles.

• Act as technical writer when needed.

• Adapt third party training material to support individual competence development in line with organisational needs.

• Deliver effective training in classroom, on-line, webinars or informally.

• Monitor, evaluate and report effectiveness of training and knowledge.

• Evaluate and report student performance.

• Encourages continuous professional development.

Knowledge and skills

• Solid research, analytical and writing skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• attention to detail

• Knowledge on information architecture and instructional design.

• Capacity to create, assimilate, and convey technical material in a concise and effective manner, understandable for business users.

• Illustration, typography, translation management.

• Development of training material: e-learning and website design.

• Communicative and interpersonal relationships.

• Teach online.

• Passion for training and technology.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies.

• Any certification in the Education / Training field is an asset.

• Fluent English + any European language is an asset.
