Java Software Engineer

We are looking for a Freelance Midlevel Java Developer (m/f/d)

Your Role: We are looking for backend developers to help us deliver a significant project, split into

two crucial parts:

1. PSP Migration: Removing our current payment provider and implementing a new one,

including necessary architecture adjustments.

- Collaborate with the team to remove the existing payment service provider and successfully integrate a new payment provider.

- Redesign and adjust the current architecture to support the new payment flow, ensuring scalability and security.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the seamless transition of all payment-related services.

2. CS Tool Implementation: Building a customer support tool from scratch, as the new payment provider does not handle customer support like the previous one.

- Build a custom customer support tool from scratch, ensuring it integrates with our new payment system.

- Implement features that allow seamless customer support interactions, tracking, and issue resolution for payment-related queries.

- Collaborate with the product team to ensure the tool meets business requirements and provides a user-friendly interface for customer support staff.

Regarding the requirements for the project:

- technical: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, maven, AWS, Kubernetes, Kibana, git, hexagonal architecture, event-driven architecture, functional programming

- soft skills: problem solving, attention to detail, good communication in English, team player
