Project Manager (Remote - Poland) | IP Management System Implementation

This position focuses on delivering a new IP (Intellectual Property) Management Solution, coordinating closely with Legal and R&D functions to implement a modern, scalable system.

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle—from requirements gathering and vendor selection to implementation and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from the IS side, coordinating cross-functional teams and technical deliverables.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes and support the evaluation and selection of the right solution and implementation partner.
• Drive end-to-end implementation, including system configuration and legacy data migration.
• Collaborate directly with Legal and R&D teams to ensure alignment with business and compliance needs.
• Ensure that legal and IP requirements are embedded into the system design and delivery.

Preferred: Experience with IP Management systems and an understanding of relevant legal and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on system implementation.
• Proven experience with LMS or IP Management Systems.
• Solid background managing RFP/RFQ processes.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or Agile.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Experience in legal/compliance-related projects.
• Bonus: Background in international/matrixed environments.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
