Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in network and security management, preferably with Managed Services experience
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos XG and pfSense firewalls
• Strong understanding of firewall management, load balancing, and WAF solutions
• Hands-on experience with SSL offloading, reverse proxy, Layer 7 traffic management, and IPS/IDS systems
• Expertise in network security, VPN, NAT, UTM, SSL VPN, and IPSEC VPN technologies
• Experience in open-source and commercial firewall platforms, including policy-based routing, failover, and VPN gateway management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
• Strong team player with a customer-focused service approach
• Citrix, Palo Alto (PCNSE), Fortinet (NSE), and Sophos Certified Engineer/Architect certifications are preferred

What Will You Do

• Managing load balancing, WAF, and security policies on Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos, and pfSense firewalls
• Implementing web application security, IPS/IDS, and DDoS protection mechanisms
• Configuring and maintaining VPN tunnels (IPSec, SSL-VPN), high availability, and NAT rules across multi-vendor environments
• Analyzing network traffic, optimizing performance, and enforcing security policies
• Providing technical support for customer and end-user inquiries
• Conducting daily system checks, log analysis, and incident management
• Reviewing security policies to address emerging threats and proposing enhancements
• Preparing technical documentation and delivering training sessions for team members when needed
