Data Analyst with Power BI

Offer description

The consultant should be ready to work hybrid twice a week from the office in Wrocław. The team is a mature and deals with both solution maintenance and migration to PBI from historical tools. The team cares about good communication and knowledge of end-to-end solutions in Power BI.

• Business Analysis Expertise: The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of business operations, encompassing strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making. They must be able to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that accelerate organizational growth. We are looking for at least 4 years of experience in the data area.

• Advanced Power BI Proficiency: Mastery of Power BI is a core requirement. The consultant should demonstrate expertise in leveraging Power BI’s capabilities to design dynamic reports, interactive dashboards, and advanced data visualizations. Their skills should include data modeling, query optimization, and the seamless integration of diverse data sources.

• Machine Learning Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning techniques and their practical application is highly desirable.

• Strong SQL Knowledge: The candidate should possess advanced SQL expertise and proven track of record working with corporate solutions, with the ability to write efficient queries and manage complex data transformations across large datasets.

• Basic Knowledge of Databricks: Familiarity with Databricks is desirable, including a foundational understanding of its collaborative environment for data engineering, machine learning, and analytics.
