Your new role

As a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from technical development to team leadership and client-facing duties. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical Development: Implementing advanced PHP solutions, integrating frontend elements (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), designing and optimizing databases, and building APIs for system integration.
• Team Leadership: Managing project timelines, ensuring code quality through reviews and standards, overseeing HR functions like hiring and performance reviews, and facilitating cross-functional communication with designers and clients.
• Client-Facing: Translating client needs into technical specifications, providing ongoing support and maintenance, ensuring quality assurance, and managing project schedules with an awareness of potential risks.
• Strategic Thinking: Designing scalable multi-site and multilingual architectures and identifying opportunities for automation to improve workflow efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Advanced PHP Expertise: Deep understanding of modern PHP, including performance tuning and security best practices, with experience in frameworks like Yii2 or Laravel.
• Frontend Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, with familiarity with rich text editors.
• Database Skills: Expertise in MySQL database design, indexing, and query optimization, as well as knowledge of backup and migration strategies.
• API & System Integration: Experience with RESTful API design and integrating with various external systems.
• Project and Team Management: Proven ability to manage projects, allocate resources, and lead a team by enforcing code quality standards and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, write professional documentation, and proactively manage client expectations.
