About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with strong expertise in building real-time communication web applications using React/Next.js. The ideal candidate should be skilled in WebRTC, authentication systems (JWT/OAuth2), and have experience working with AI-powered products.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain responsive, scalable applications using React/Next.js with Tailwind CSS.
• Implement real-time communication features using WebRTC/WebSockets (voice, video, microphone integration).
• Build and manage secure authentication systems (JWT/OAuth2).
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data handling.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
• Write and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure product stability.
• Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards).
• Contribute to deployment processes (e.g., Azure Static Web Apps).

What you'll bring:

Core Technologies:

• React/Next.js with Tailwind CSS

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

• State management (Redux, Zustand, or similar)

• Responsive design & accessibility (WCAG)
• Testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Cypress/Playwright)
• Build tools (Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn)
• Git version control

• TypeScript
