AI/ML Lead Engineer

We are looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design, deploy, and scale cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, translate complex business challenges into actionable AI strategies, and integrate AI capabilities into our products.

What You’ll Do:

• Build scalable AI/ML models and pipelines (LLMs, Generative AI, CV/NLP)
• Lead, mentor, and grow an AI/ML engineering team
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, and ensure responsible AI practices
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies
• Define best practices and guide technical strategy

What You Bring:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in CS, Data Science, AI, or ML
• 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ years in production system deployment
• Strong Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Hugging Face, and cloud skills
• Excellent communicator and strategic problem solver
