Our client is a global fintech leader building scalable B2B SaaS products for financial services institutions. Our platform is used by some of the largest firms in North America and Europe to enhance advisor productivity, elevate client experiences, and streamline onboarding and servicing workflows.
As they continue expansion into new markets, they're looking for a Product Manager to help lead our highly configurable Digital Onboarding platform, which sits at the intersection of client-specific implementation and scalable core product innovation.
You’ll lead product initiatives that blend strategic platform growth with hands-on implementation challenges. Your role involves balancing long-term product vision with day-to-day client needs, working closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Client Implementation) to shape, build, and deliver solutions that scale.
This is not a "roadmap-from-a-distance" role; they’re looking for someone who thrives in the grey area between product and implementation, is excited by complexity, and can gracefully manage high-variance client requirements while protecting product integrity.
What You’ll Do
- Own the roadmap for digital onboarding experiences across enterprise clients
- Balance platform scalability with flexibility for unique client needs
- Drive product discovery and hands-on delivery cycles across teams
- Partner deeply with implementation teams to inform product design through real-world feedback
- Lead continuous improvement efforts around configurability, business logic, and operational workflows
- Support pre-sales activities, product demos, and client onboarding discussions
- Champion structured decision-making, data-informed prioritization, and customer empathy
- Ensure internal teams are well-equipped through clear communication and enablement materials
What We’re Looking For
Enterprise Product Management with Implementation Depth
- You’ve built and delivered complex B2B enterprise products, not just defined features on paper
- You’re comfortable operating in the overlap between core product and custom implementations
- You can say “no” with empathy and guide clients toward scalable solutions
Technical Systems Thinking
- You can think like a systems builder without writing code
- You understand business rules engines, decision logic, configurable workflows, and/or low-code tools
- You’ve worked on platforms where end users define behavior through flexible configuration
Calm, Client-Facing Communication Under Pressure
- You have executive presence and strong communication skills
- You know how to navigate pressure, manage expectations, and build trust without overpromising
- You guide clients toward aligned, scalable outcomes even when stakes are high
Nice to Have
- Experience in wealth management or regulated financial services
- Exposure to advisor workflows or account servicing platforms
- Track record of taking a product from concept to launch and from launch to scale
- A passion for building products that power meaningful transformation in fintech
