About the Firm

Our client is a high-impact, fast-growing strategy consulting firm known for delivering bold and practical solutions to clients across Southeast Asia. With deep industry expertise and a collaborative approach, they partner with leading organizations to drive strategic growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence. To support their continued expansion, they are looking for a seasoned Project Leader or Principal with strong experience in the Pharma/Healthcare and/or Consumer Goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements from end to end, delivering impactful recommendations to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Structure and oversee consulting projects, ensuring quality delivery, clear communication, and actionable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients in the Pharma/Healthcare and consumer products/retail industries.
• Drive business development efforts – contribute to proposals, client pitches, and opportunity identification.
• Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and developing future leaders.
• Collaborate with internal partners to grow industry verticals, thought leadership, and capabilities.

Key Requirements

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic role within TMT or consumer-focused corporates.
• Demonstrated track record of leading consulting projects or business transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise and strong networks within the Pharma/Healthcare and/or Consumer Goods sectors in Southeast Asia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships, stakeholders, and teams across multiple geographies.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
