Game Producer/Designer(Casual/Match-3 games)

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of core gameplay mechanics, meta systems, and progression loops
• Assist in designing and balancing levels, puzzles, or game content for casual audiences
• Support feature documentation, design specs, and mock-ups for new systems and events
• Collaborate across teams to ensure features are implemented as intended
• Analyze player feedback and gameplay data to identify design improvements
• Stay on top of trends in casual and puzzle games to bring fresh ideas to the team

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Game Design, Computer Science, Interactive Media, or related fields
• Experience in making casual/puzzle games
• Strong interest or experience in casual/puzzle games — either as a designer or passionate player
• Senior/Lead level
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to think both creatively and systematically
• Detail-oriented, with a good sense of pacing, flow, and player experience
• Prior internship or academic project experience in mobile gaming is a plus
• Mandarin speaking is mandatory as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparties
