Ready to make a real impact? As a Production Designer with a leading digital health company, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping how users interact with important communications. You will be creating visually appealing and effective email and direct mail campaigns, contributing directly to user engagement and the overall success of marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and produce a high volume of email and direct mail marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project briefs and objectives.
  • Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
  • Maintain organized design files and version control.

Must-Haves

  • Proficiency in InDesign and Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Marq (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
