Role: Agile Coach

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Candidate should work from client office)

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Coach :

• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.).
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles and practices.
• Guide teams, leaders, and stakeholders in adopting Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions.
• Assess Agile maturity and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous feedback.
• Champion Agile values across the organization and promote continuous improvement.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Background in organizational development or change management.
• Familiarity with Lean, DevOps, and Design Thinking principles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.

What the job entails :

• Lead Agile transformation efforts across departments or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Develop and implement Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.) tailored to team needs.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Delivery Managers to optimize workflows.
• Influence organizational culture and structure to support Agile adoption at scale.
• Mentor Agile practitioners and build internal coaching capabilities.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business strategy.
• Monitor progress across projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Support project managers and team leads in resolving challenges.
• Promote best practices in project and program management.
• Drive innovation and process optimization across the program lifecycle.
