What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product and technology solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code, mainly using TypeScript (React, NodeJS) and Python.
• Work with cloud-native applications, driving continuous improvements and scalability.
• Engage in automated testing, with a strong focus on unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, ideally following Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Handle complex SQL queries and work with relational databases.
• Contribute to product and feature development while understanding the business impact of technical decisions.

What Leads to Success:

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack web developer with expertise in TypeScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with React and NodeJS frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of automated testing and a commitment to writing robust tests (unit, integration, and end-to-end). Ideally, candidates practice Test-Driven Development (TDD), not just basic testing.
• Python experience is a plus, but candidates can pick it up on the job. A basic Python coding challenge will be part of the technical interview, but advanced expertise is not required.
• Experience working in a cloud-native environment. Experience with AWS or similar platforms is beneficial.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
• Comfort with reading, understanding, and contributing to existing codebases.

Your First 6 Months:

• Week 1: You'll be onboarded with our technical stack and start contributing to the codebase.
• Month 4: Develop a deep understanding of our business domain and its connection to the application.
• Month 6: Effectively define and communicate technical and business requirements, while leading incremental updates to application functionality.
