We invite an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team. You'll play a key role in developing a new subproduct within our client's portfolio - a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll, offering genuine value to customers worldwide.

✅ Is that you?

• 3+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js
• Experience with MySQL and MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices
• Understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining code quality
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability
  
  

Desirable:

• Familiarity with payroll or HR system development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker)
• Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders
  
  

🧩Key Responsibilities And Your Contribution

In this role, you'll help develop and maintain core systems for a robust payroll platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Build, maintain, and enhance backend and frontend components using PHP and React.js
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with MySQL and MongoDB
• Develop, deploy, and maintain platform components in AWS
• Write high-quality, maintainable code, including unit tests to ensure functionality and reliability
• Collaborate with team members to design features, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality
